PS3

What is PS3? The PlayStation 3 is the third home video game console produced by Sony Computer Entertainment and the successor to the PlayStation 2 as part of the PlayStation series. The PlayStation 3 competes with Microsoft Xbox360 and Nintendo Wii as part of the seventh generation of video game consoles.
A major feature that distinguishes the PlayStation 3 from its predecessors is its unified online gaming service, the PlayStation Network, which contrasts with Sony's former policy of relying on video game developers for online play. Other major features of the console include its robust multimedia capabilities, connectivity with the PlayStation Portable, and its use of a high-definition optical disc format, Blu-ray Disc, as its primary storage medium. The PS3 was also the first Blu-ray 2.0-compliant Blu-ray player on the market.
Two SKUs were available at launch: a basic model with a 20 GB hard drive and a premium model with a 60 GB hard drive and several additional features. Several revisions have been made to the console's available models, most notably with the release of a new slim model in September 2009 to coincide with rebranding of the console and its logo.

Poll question: Do you like the Nintendo Wii™?
Among 12 people's votes, 67% of them said that the Nintendo Wii™ is interesting while 33% said that the Nintendo Wii™ is boring. In my research, the people said it's interesting because it is much cheaper compare to others and maybe have better features than others such as the remote control as a controller. The rest is due to maybe it's old, not the gaming type.

The Wii™ console is able to connect to the Internet through its built-in Wifi or through a USB-to-Ethernet adapter, with both methods allowing players to access the established Nintendo Wifi Connection service. This system also implements console-based software including the Wii™ Message Board. One can also connect to the internet with third-party devices.
The service has several features for the console including the Virtual Console, WiiConnect24, Internet Channel, Forecast Channel, Everybody Votes Channel, News Channel and the Check Mii Out Channel. The console can also communicate and connect with other Wii systems through a self-generated wireless LAN, enabling local wireless multiplayer on different television sets.

Week 7 poll result
Link to us: http://snipurl.com/y3we2
Question: Do you own a Xbox360®?
83% of 6 people voted that they don't own a Xbox360® while only 17% of 6 people voted he or she own a Xbox360®
The possible reason the people don't own one is because they though that the Xbox360® is quite expensive and maybe some are not the gaming type. While the one that owns is because the price of the Xbox360® is reasonable and maybe he or she is the gaming type.
